He was predeceased by: his siblings, Richard Gage and Barbara Walling. He is survived by: his wife Catherine (Shaughnessy); his daughters, Laurel Almquist (David) of Mashpee, Lisa Roche (James) of Norwell, Leslie Gage of Yarmouth and Leah Gage (Stewart Landers) of Forestdale; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Lily, Jacqueline, Kaitlyn and James. He is also survived by his four daughters.
