We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2023, at the age of 89, Philip Earl Messersmith of Sandwich, Massachusetts, born in Harvard, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Messersmith and Alice Messersmith (Flanagan); his brother Richard; and his grandson Jacob Earl. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his sister Linda (Dick Witherite) of Texas; his children, Richard Messersmith of New Hampshire and Ann (Dave Spinner) of Charlton; his stepchildren, Tanya MacKinnon of Hudson, Dawn Francolini of Marlboro, Rowland Lombard of Hudson and Amanda Lombard of Sandwich; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Emily, Rachel, Thomas, Shaun, Brenda, Matthew, Shannon, Seth, Korin and Summer.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be sent to the American Heart and Stroke Association.
