He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert MacLeod and Marjorie MacLeod; and his siblings, Mary Leiser and Herbert J. MacLeod. He is survived by: his wife Joanne MacLeod (Fay); his children, Jerome (Olivia Kerester), Angela (Wally Kwiecinski) and Josh (Zoe Clarkin); and his siblings, Camilla MacPhee, Helen Thomson, James, Audrey Pfeiffer, David and Charlie. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, Canadian relatives, friends and co-workers.
