He is survived by: his wife Ann J. McCarthy (Ryan); his children, Ann Marie, John, Mary, Kevin, James and Ellen; and his children-in-law, Trish, Ed and Mike. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Patrick may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc. of Eastern Mass. http://www.alz.org.
