It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oliva Farrell of Sandwich, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 4, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Oliva Farrell to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Persico and Letizia Persico; her husband Edward A. Farrell; her son Edward G. Farrell; and her sibling Modesto Persico.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Farrell of Milton, Ruth Carroll (William) of Roslindale, Maria McKinnon (Joseph) of Waltham and Ellen Collins (Jeremiah) of Sandwich; her siblings, Adolph Persico of Weymouth and I. Frank Persico; her grandchildren, Jennifer Perry, Ryan, Ashley Farrell, Christopher, Daniel Carroll, Joseph McKinnon, Jr., Michae and Julie Collins; and her great grandchildren, Mikayla Farrell, Alexa, Olivia Collins, Bella, Anna Perry, Owen, Brenna Carroll and Julia Carroll. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, at the family's request, contributions may be made in memory of Oliva and her son Edward to the Center for the Critically Ill Child, Boston Children's Hospital Trust, 201 Park Drive, Suite 602, Boston, MA 02215.
