He was predeceased by: his son Mark W. Motta; and his parents, Vincenza Motta (Polucci) and John Motta. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughter Debra; his granddaughter Meghan Burke; his sister Eleanor Mullin (Red); and also John Burke.
