She was predeceased by: her father Jose Rezendes. She is survived by: her husband Geoffrey Steuerwald of Sandwich, MA; her children, Connor Steuerwald of Sandwich, MA, Brittany Steuerwald of Falmouth, MA and Amber Steuerwald of Falmouth, MA; her grandchildren, Aria Steuerwald of Falmouth, MA and Raiden Foster of Falmouth, MA; and her siblings, Teresa White of Henderson, NV and Joe Rezendes of Gloucester, RI. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathy's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
