He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Burke of Sandwich. He is survived by: his former wife Thelma Burke; his sons, Wayne Burke, Glenn Burke (Karen) and Timothy Burke (Christine); and his stepchildren, Steven Lothrop (Judy), Donna Matthews (Ed) and Karen Walsh (Brendan). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grand-children.

In memory of Jim, contributions may be made to the Forestdale Church or the South Shore YMCA Camps in Sandwich, MA.
