She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine R. MacAdams (Dwyer) and Donald T. MacAdams. She is survived by: her siblings, Bonnie (George Duane) of Framingham, MA, Richard W. MacAdams (Annette) of Sandwich, MA and Maureen (Carl Dentler) of Holbrook, MA. She is also survived by several nephews, nieces as well as great nephews and nieces.
