Atkinson of Sandwich, Massachusetts, born in Somerville, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 3, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Atkinson and Elizabeth Atkinson (Kenyon); his grandson Jacob Atkinson; and his siblings, George Atkinson and Mary Gerrity.
He is survived by: his wife Doris E. Atkinson (Ceccarelli); his children, Nancy Parrish (Robert) of Sandwich, MA and David Atkinson (Dawn) of Salisbury, MA; his grandchildren, Andrew Howells, Isabella Howells, Ashley Petrosky and Jessica Atkinson; and his great grandchild Olivia Petrosky.
