With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charlotte M. Silva of Sandwich, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Adams and Marie Adams (Smith); her husband James Silva; her grandsons, Jason of Sandwich, MA and Nathan Crowell of Sandwich, MA; and her siblings, Lee Adams and Katie Adams.
She is survived by: her son Nicholas Silva (Christine Drew) of Mashpee; her grandchildren, Jessica Garrett (Cory) of Cotuit and Brett Silva (Jade) of Austin, TX.; her son Michael Silva; her grandchildren, Christian and Chase Silva; and her great grandchild Hunter Crowell of Sandwich, MA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
