He was predeceased by: his brother David Dionne. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Ratcliffe (Mleczko) of Salisbury; his children, Robert Ratcliffe (Diane Queen) of Salem, MA, Jay Ratcliffe of Granbury, TX, Mark Ratcliffe of Salisbury, Mary Jo McKinnon, Wayne McKinnon of Salisbury, Patricia Moylan (Mark) of Sandown, NH and Jim Ratcliffe (Becky Parnell) of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Daniel, Brooke, Hunter, Hannah, Boston and Hattie; and his great grandchildren, Skylar, Madison, Aubrey and Brayden.
