He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Dupere and Mariann Dupere (Landry); his brothers, Alfred Jr. and Norman; and his stepson Peter Bourgeois.
He is survived by: his wife Marguerite "Peggy" Dupere; his children, Leo Dupere Jr. (Andrea) of Dover, NH, Robyn Grover of Rochester, NH, Jeffrey Dupere (Nichole) of Camden, ME, Craig (Julie) of Brookfield, NH and Matthew of Seattle, WA; and his brothers, Richard (Patricia) of Bonita Springs, FL and Robert. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID restrictions, a private family service will be held at the Twomey, LeBlanc, & Conte Funeral Home 193 High St. Newburyport, MA 01950.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Amesbury Hockey Boosters Club.
