We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2023, at the age of 79, Joseph V. Murphy Jr. of Salisbury, Massachusetts, born in Newburyport, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elaine Murphy, (Holbrook) and Joseph Murphy, Sr.; and his wife Eleanor Murphy (Lyons). He is survived by: his children, Richard Miller, Jr. (Shellene) of Hudson, Jason Miller (Becky) and Brandy Rock of Salisbury; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Zachary, Christopher, Mason, Corey, Ryan and Halle; and his siblings, Dennis Murphy (Virginia) of Merrimac, MA, Michael Murphy of Newburyport, Sharon Holmes of Newburyport and Donald Murphy of Newburyport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
