He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Vozzella and Marie Vozzella (Gambino); his wife Eleanor Vozzella (Thomas); and his siblings, Rose Maccioli, Carmella Antonelli, Peter Vozzella, Anthony Vozzella and Albino Vozzella.

He is survived by: his children, James Vozzella Jr. (Eileen), Edward Vozzella Sr. and Linda Doucette (David); his grandsons, James Vozzella III (Colleen) and Edward Vozzella Jr.; and his great grandchild James P. Vozzella. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
