He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis M. Fowler, (Dennis) and Gordon L. Fowler, Sr.; and his siblings, Gregory, Gayden and Gene Fowler.
He is survived by: his daughter Morgan-Lee Brooks (Adrian) of Sanford, ME; his grandson Riley Brooks; his siblings, Gordon L. Fowler, Jr. (Ellen Mahoney) of Merrimac, Gayle Lattime of Salisbury, Glenn Fowler (Becky) of East Kensington, NH, Garry Fowler (Sarah) of Rochester, NH, Gaylene Sulesky (Dan) of Seabrook, NH and Gerard Fowler (April); and his close friend Tammy Jennings of Rowley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
