He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Butler and Charles Butler. He is survived by: his brother Donald Butler of Marshfield; his wife Mary Beth Butler (Foley); his son-in-law Michael Bartlett; and his granddaughter Allison Bartlett. He is also survived by extended family, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
