It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William T. Phelan of Salem, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard P. Phelan and Ruth Phelan (Collins). He is survived by: his brother Michael P. Phelan; and his sister-in-law N. Malia Griffin of Salem Willows. He is also survived by several cousins and extended family, many friends, and co-workers.
