He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas P. and Mary A. Luther (Bobick); his sister Gayle Casey (Luther); and his former wife Deborah Luther (Williams). He is survived by: his children, William J. Luther Jr. and Alanna Mary Luther; his nephew Michael Spring (Caitlin) of Beverly; his sister Sharon Luther Pepper; his brother-in-law Lewis Casey; and his former wife MaryAnne Tracy.
