She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert O'Donnell and Shirley Underwood (O'Donnell); her child Shawn Michael Carty; and her siblings, Patrick O'Donnell and Tammy Simard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Erica Decelle (Michael) of Salem and Haley Carty (Zachary Venezia) of Salem; her grandchildren, Kylie, Mikayla, Cameron Decelle and Shawn William Carty; and her siblings, Kim Eno, Sherri O'Donnell, Jada Cross, Robert O'Donnell and William O'Donnell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
