H., Suad Hagen of Concord, Dylan Hagen of Concord, Joshua Hagen of Concord and Carol Montalto of Concord; his grandchildren, Jeremy Dunajski, Dequan Hagen, Nayshla Jones, Jailyn Jones, Arianna Jones, Bryson Jones, Nolan Hagen and Allie Hagen; his siblings, Mary Turcotte (Emile) of Danvers, Judith Barker (Frank) of Beverly, John Hagen of Salem, Dorothy Lavoie of Salem, David Hagen of Salem, Patrick Hagen (Maureen) of Salem, Donna Kontarasis (John) of Salem, Kathy Braley (Calvin) of Fairfield, ME and Jimmy Hagen (Lori) of Lynn; his significant other Donna Linscott of Salem; his child Thomas Linscott of Beverly; his sibling Daniel E. Hagen; and his great-grandparent Congressional Medal of Honor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
