Theodore Urbanski Obituary

He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Urbanski (Rizzotti); his parents, Francis Urbanski and Anastasia Urbanski (Dobyeniecki); and his brothers, John, Edward, Paul and Thomas.

He is survived by: his children, Ted Urbanski of Peabody, Paula Donnelly (Larry) of Lynn, Lawrence Urbanski (Janice) of Boxford, Stephen Urbanski (Janice) of Beverly, Maria Bouchard (Tom) of Peabody and Carol LeBlanc (Shawn) of Peabody; his grandchildren, Stephen Urbanski, Meghan, Tim Lever, Nichole Urbanski, Jenn, Paul Messina, Kristen Donnelly, Lauren Donnelly, Christopher Urbanski, Emily Bouchard, Sydnie LeBlanc and Cody LeBlanc; his great grandchild Evelyn Lever; his sister Regina; and his sister-in-law Pauline Tribou. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
