With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma E. (Leger) Melendez (Salem, Massachusetts), born in Ipswich, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 15, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Carlos Melendez; and her parents, George J. Gallant and Florence T. Gallant (Gallant). She is survived by: her children, Michael A. Leger (Carlina) of Peabody, John P, Carol A. Womack of Salem and Cristina M. Urbanski (Thomas) of Beverly Farms; and her brother George L. Gallant. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
