He was predeceased by: his parents, James O'Leary and Anna O'Leary (Heidish); and his sister Nancy D'Allessandro. He is survived by: his wife Katherine O'Leary (O'Keefe); his children, Maureen Ouellette (Steven) of Salem, Bethann Jellison (Robert) of Salem and Richard O'Leary Jr. (Nicole) of Salem; his grandchildren, Hayley, Tayla, Jessica, Kyle, Kory, Bobby, Cassadi and Ryan; his siblings, Barbara Sirois of Salem, Patricia Cohen of Florida, James, Leonard and Ronald O'Leary; and his cousin Adam Kowalski. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
