He was predeceased by: his parents, William Collins and Phyllis Collins (Markiewicz). He is survived by: his sisters, Kimberly Rogers and Diane Vassil (Peter); his nieces, Laurie Denis (Jim) and Tara Vassil of Salem; his nephew Timothy Vassil (Cheryl) of Georgetown; and also, Mya Vassil of Salem, Laila and Timothy Vassil of Georgetown.
