She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Slizgi and Helen Slizgi; her husband Chester J. Mielcarz; her son David A. Mielcarz; and her siblings, Isabel Pellegrini and Henry Slizgi.
She is survived by: her children, Chester J. Mielcarz, Jr. (Yvette) of San Jose, CA, Robert S. Mielcarz (Elaine) of Concord, NH and Karen M. Szydlik (Barry) of Southbridge, MA; her daughter-in-law Jane P. Weisman (Stuart) of Princeton, MA; and her grandchildren, Dr. Daniel W. Mielcarz (Ann) of Lebanon, NH, Brian J. Mielcarz of San Jose, CA, Kara M. Geiselman (Kyle) of North Andover, MA, Lauren M. Christensen (James) of Andover, MA, Peter C Weisman (Jozie) of Hubbardston, MA, Joshua Weisman (Jamie) of Wilmette, IL, Anabel A. Szydlik and Sophie C. Szydlik of Southbridge, MA. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
