With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Vray of Salem, Massachusetts, born in Lynn, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 1, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold B. Vray and Mildred B. Vray (Gosse); and her grandparents, Robert, Bertha Gosse (Parsons), Charles and Mabel Vray (Taylor).
She is survived by: her husband David L. Cross of Salem; her daughter Jean E. Riedlinger; her son-in-law Anthony T. Nigrelli of Washington, DC; her cousins, Caryl, Vinny Burridge of Ipswich, Karen and Mike Jerz of New Hampshire; and her close friend Grace Worcester of Vermont. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
At the start of the pandemic, she sewed masks and gowns for local hospitals.
