It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Luzinski of Salem, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 7, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Luzinski; her parents, Alexander Konovalchik and Michalena Konovalchik (Archi); and her siblings, Stanley Lusko, Andy Konovalchik, Anne Defanski and Bertha Lentini.
She is survived by: her children, David (Kathy Luzinski), Lucy (Doug Halsted), William (Cheryl Luzinski), Mary (Michael Paul) and Barbara (Matthew Burke); and her grandchildren, George Halsted, Hannah Halsted, Timothy Paul, Erin Paul, Katy Luzinski, Claire Burke, Bridget Burke, Julia Munroe and Gabby Munroe. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
