He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Rita Ketrelakes (Brigley); and his parents, Hercules Ketrelakes and Despina Ketrelakes (Theodorakis). He is survived by: his children, Diane Karon Hannify-Broughton of Peabody, Kim Marie Duby of Peabody and Philip Hercules Ketrelakes Jr. (Jill Jackson) of Peabody; his grandchildren, Brianne Sulibhavi, Mica Hannify, Kenneth Duby II, Janea Duby, Philip Ketrelakes III and Cheyenne Jackson; his great grandchildren, Dhruva, Dev and Ava Mae; and his siblings, Zena Baki of Greece, Beba Exarhos of Greece and George Ketrelakes of Newburyport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
