She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Merluzzo and Santa Merluzzo (Uccello); her son Paul Anthony Bettencourt; and her sister Anna Dellamonica. She is survived by: her daughter Paula Jean Sumrow of Salem; her granddaughter Shannon Krol (Daniel) of Fremont, NH; her great grandchildren, Brayden and Emerson; and her siblings, Joseph Mezzulo of Stillwater, NY, Mildred Redican (Bartol), Paul and Sebastian (Santo Merluzzo). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

All attendees are required to wear face coverings, practice social distancing and are respectfully asked for no physical contact with the family.
