He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggie" O'Toole; his children, Meredith, Peter and Kevin O'Toole; his children-in-law, Tanner Cain, Elise O'Toole and Grampy; his granddaughter Olivia O'Toole; and his brothers, Mark O'Toole (Anne) of Wilmington, Neil O'Toole of Florida and Francis O'Toole (Lisa) of Medford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
