He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick J. Cahill and Margaret Jane Cahill (McNulty); and his sister Joan E. Cahill-West. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Smith of Peabody and James P. Cahill (Marie); his sister-in-law Joyce Cahill; and his brother John F. Cahill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
