He is survived by: his wife Deb (Censabella); his children, Erin Perez (Fahey) and Patrick Fahey; his son-in-law Fernando Perez; and his siblings, Jim Fahey, Tom Fahey, Brian Fahey and Jean Mary Perri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the McGinn Funeral Home (157 Maple St, Lynn, MA 01904). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Pius V Church (215 Maple St, Lynn, MA 01904).
