She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis A. LaChance; her parents, Joseph O. Boucher and Marie-Louise Boucher (Paquette); her daughter Catherine LaChance; and her siblings, Paul, Marshall, Edgar, Jean, Raymond, George, Richard Boucher, Madeleine Michaud and Irene Provost.
She is survived by: her children, Paul F. LaChance of Arizona, Eileen M. Shambough of Salem, Gerard F. LaChance of Peabody, Louise A. Farnum (Norman) of Greenfield, Theresa A. Cronan (Kevin) of Danvers, David M. LaChance (Maureen) of Salisbury and Roland P. LaChance (Donna) of Lynn. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
