It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas Sassani (Salem, Massachusetts), born in Binghamton, New York, who passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Natalie Ann (Cashman); his parents, Angelo Sassani and Adelina Sassani (Gallo); his son Rev. John Edward Sassani; and his siblings, Dr. John Sassani (late Jeannette), Michael Sassani (late Antoinette), Anna Petrone (late Ralph), Frances Sassani, Dr. Edward L. Cashman, Jr., Phillip Cullin and Adhering.
He is survived by: his daughter Martha Ann Lausier of Salem; his grandchildren, Matthew S. Lausier (Caitlin) of Hyde Park, Michael L. Lausier (Janie) of Swampscott, Megan E. Toborg of Salem and Mark Nicholas Lausier of Peabody; his great grandchildren, Michael, Wesley Toborg and Matthew Sean Lausier, Jr.; his sisters-in-law, Mary Cullin of Swampscott and C. Patricia Cashman of Swampscott; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, John, Robin Sassani and Theresa Sassani. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
