She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Philip V. Meakim and Kathyrn E. Kelly; her brother John J. Meakim; her former husband Harry D. Lentz; her son Andrew D. Lentz (Phylle Lentz) of Albany; her sister-in-law Gay Meakim of St. Louis, MO; and her grandson Jacob.
