She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Rizzotti and Grace Rizzotti (Tricomi); and her siblings, Steve, Frank, Orlando, Sammy Rizzotti and Margaret O'Donnell.
She is survived by: her husband Theodore Urbanski (Ted); her children, Mary, Ted Urbanski of Peabody, Paula Donnelly (Larry) of Lynn, Lawrence Urbanski (Janice) of Boxford, Stephen Urbanski (Janice) of Beverly, Maria Bouchard (Tom) of Peabody and Carol LeBlanc (Shawn) of Peabody; her grandchildren, Stephen Urbanski, Meghan, Tim Lever, Nichole Urbanski, Jenn, Paul Messina, Kristen Donnelly, Lauren Donnelly, Christopher Urbanski, Emily Bouchard, Sydnie LeBlanc and Cody LeBlanc; her great grandchild Evelyn Lever; and her sister Pauline Tribou. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
