She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis McCarthy and Margaret McCarthy (Cotter); her sister Joanne McCarthy; and her nephew John Moorehouse. She is survived by: her husband John Singleton Jr. of Salem; her daughters, Margaret A. Singleton (Sean C. E. Dixon), Jacqueline C. Singleton (Vicheth D. Thorn) and Abigail P. Bakken (Benjamin M. Bakken); her grandchildren, Nara and Ethan Thorn; and her brothers, James McCarthy (Nancy) and Dennis McCarthy (MaryLou). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Solimine Funeral Home - Broadway (426 Broadway, Lynn, MA 01904). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (579 Boston St, Lynn, MA 01905).
