She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lois Gillette McConnel of Darien, CT and Walter McConnel of Montoursville, PA.; her husband Harry Clay Ward; her grandson Griffin Jacobs; her children, Deb Brennan D'Alessandro, Carolyn Ward Jacobs (Larry Jacobs) and Hank Ward; her brother Robert McConnel of St. Petersburg, FL; and her sister-in-law Kay DuHadway of Seattle, WA. She was also cherished by five nieces and nephews; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
