She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Baldwin and Helen Olbrych (Bartnicki); her son Dennis Moustakis; and her sister Sandra Baldwin. She is survived by: her family, Polish, Kielbasa, Pierogi and Golabki; her son Christopher Moustakis of Salem; and her granddaughters, Elise Moustakis and Lorin Moustakis.
