It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kenneth Young (Salem, Massachusetts), born in Marblehead, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth W. Young and Grace Smethurst Young; and his brothers, Calvin and Robert Young. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Borden Young; his daughter Catherine Thompson (George); his grandsons, George, Douglas and Russell of Beverly, MA; his daughter Deborah Lovett (George); his granddaughters, Rachel, Erin and Jessica of Danvers, MA; his son Charles M. Young of New York City; and his brother Russell Young of Port Jefferson, NY.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, services will be private, with a memorial service honoring Kenneth to be held at a later date.
