He is survived by: his sons, Juan Peralta Jr. (Wendy) of Salem, Sandro Peralta (Araceli) of Lynn and Eddy Peralta (Rocio) of Revere; his grandchildren, Juan Luis, John Michael, Giancarlo, Flor, Evelyn, Yihra, Annielou, Raymer, Kylie and Haley; and his siblings, Jose Garibaldi, Jose Elias, Raphael and Ines. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great grandkids.
