He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Lona J Bélanger of Salem, MA.. He is survived by: his wife Victoria A. Barbeau of Daytona Beach, FL; his sister Lisa M. Kelleher of Virginia; his niece Emily Kelleher; his children, Diana J. B. Yee (William Yee) of Yarmouth, ME, Jessica J. Snow (Cody W. Markham) of Daytona Beach, FL, Joseph E. Barbeau (Samantha E. Young) of Harrisonburg, VA and Lisa M. Holmes-Brady (Kyle J. Holmes) of Clarksville, TN; his grandchildren, Joshua D. Snow, Andrew J. Snow, Sapphire J. Barbeau, Ada R. Yee and Harrison R. Yee; and his pets, Scrappy and Mahaeo. He is also survived by extended family and many "surrogate" children and family.
Joe's life will continue to live on in the many acts of service and love he gave to all of his beloved communities over the years as well as in the hearts of each individual he touched along his journey and in the individuals that received the generous donation of his organs.
