He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tkaczuk and Xenia Tkaczuk (Maroz); and his brother Michael N. Kachuk. He is survived by: his caregiver John W. Silver of Salem; and his close friends, Jack Lee Steves and Janet Howcroft of Peabody.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wesley Methodist Church (8 North St, Salem, MA 01970).
