We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2020, at the age of 64, John Polakiewicz of Salem, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John. He is survived by: his wife Janet (Marzec); his sons, Jonathan and Christopher; his mother Regina; and his brother Mark.
ARRANGEMENTS: As requested, due to Covid-19, there will be no visiting hours and the burial will be private.
