It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Murtagh of Salem, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Doris M. (Henderson); his parents, Dennis P Murtagh and Winifred A. Murtagh (Harte); and his siblings, Thomas, James Murtagh and Aileen Murphy.
He is survived by: his sons, Dennis (Kathy) of Salem, John (Debbie) of Peabody and Thomas (Chrissy) of Salem; his sister Elizabeth T; his grandchildren, Meghan, Dennis (Melissa), Thomas "TJ", Caitlyn and Cody; and his great grandchild William P. Murtagh.
