He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick W. Carden and Irene Sullivan Carden; and his wife Joyce L. Farnum. He is survived by: his children, John Carden Jr. (Nancy) of Swampscott and Lynne Carden Beach of Hampton, NH; and his grandchildren, Elise Carden Ermer (David) of Frisco, TX, Michael Carden of Swampscott, Christopher Beach (Sheila) of Amesbury and Jonathan Beach of Lawrence. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and dear friends.
In light of current Covid concerns, the family is planning a celebration of John's life in the Spring of 2022.
