He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Snyder and Gertrude Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Amy Forman (Adam), Stuart (Abby Cohen) and Andrew HaLevi (Jill); his grandchildren, Joshua, Ethan, Olivia Forman, Isabel, Celia Snyder, Noa (Chaiel Schaffel) and Mira HaLevi; his brother Theodore; his sister-in-law Irma Snyder; his sister Ellen Silverman; and his sister-in-law Roberta Chadis. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
