Janis Hanson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2019, at the age of 65, Janis Hanson (Salem, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her wife Katheleen E. Van Riper; her stepsons, Matthew C. Van Riper of Everett, MA and Michael R. Van Riper (Amalia) of Little Falls, NJ; her grandchildren, Cameron M. Van Riper, Kasey L. Gordon and Michael R. Van Riper II; her mother Eleanor Gibney of Salem, MA; her siblings, Joyce (Donald Weston) of Sandwich, NH and Scott Havenook (Cheryl) of Goldsboro, NC; her goddaughter Ashley Gayhart; and her father John Havenook Jr.. She was also cherished by extended family, several nieces and nephews and her large extended family.
