She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Moon" Mullins; her parents, John Leo and Mary Leo (DeFilippo); her grandson Douglas Mullins; and her sister Lucy Marengi.
She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bob" Mullins, Jr. (Mia) of Swampscott, Jane Sheridan (Robert) of Salem, Steven Mullins (Lisa) of Danvers, Richard Mullins (Sara) of Salem, John Mullins (Dorothy) of Peabody and Mary Connolly (Eric) of Salem; her grandchildren, Corissa Cunningham, Rebecca Stephanakis, Justin Cunningham, Jennifer Melanson, David Mullins, Ryan Mullins, Sean Mullins, Matthew Mullins, Austin Connolly, Camryn Connolly, Kayla Mullins, Katelyn Mullins and Keira Mullins; her great grandchildren, Mia, Marcos, Nicholas, Max, Emma, Jake, Olivia and Doug; and her siblings, Theresa LeBlanc, Robert Leo (Jean), Josephine Palmeri, John and Anthony Leo. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
